Shipping and Returns

we want you to feel good about your nightshift purchase. if something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

shipping

we currently ship within singapore (and selected regions). international shipping will be available soon.

once your order is placed, we work quickly to pack and send it out. when your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. deliveries typically arrive within 3-5 days from dispatch.

returns
please contact us at hello@nightshift.sg within 14 days of receiving your order.

items must be unused, with no scratches on the lenses, and returned in original packaging.

once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. shipping fees are non-refundable.

exchanges
if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@nightshift.sg within 7 days to facilitate a replacement.
